We’ve had the pleasure of working alongside the National Grid marketing and recruitment teams for several years now, supporting their recruitment campaigns with fun and engaging videos. From short animations for social campaigns, to talking heads, our versatile in-house team have always delivered above and beyond the brief. The focus for their nationwide recruitment campaign #TheLittleThings was less on specific job roles and more around offering an insight into the overall company culture. Therefore it was important to show an authentic view of the company as a workplace. No one knows the company culture better than the people who work there every day. So we put the spotlight on 12 members of the National Grid team, working with each person to ensure they felt at ease in front of the camera.

Our animators handcrafted a series of short videos for their social media apprenticeship recruitment campaign.
